My bias paragraph

Bias changes the way you look at characters in a book. Bias can be subjective and objective. Subjective means you make an opinion on what you already know. Bias can also be objective which means you make an opinion on what you have just heard for the first time. In the story The 3 little pigs, the pigs injure the wolf. The pigs did a horrible thing by burning someone alive. They heated up a cauldron with water and just let the wolf drop into the burning water. This was my opinion which was subjective since I believe burning someone alive is horrible and mean. If I didn’t use what I already know I would feel sorry for the pigs since the wolf did blow down their houses and tried to eat them, that would be very scary.

I needed to write a paragraph explaining what bias is. The paragraph above explains what I believe bias is. I used the PEE chain to help me. The PEE chain stands for Point, Explain, Example.

Homework presentation

This is my presentation on Thea Stilton and the prince's emerald. I needed to find a quote that was meaningful to me or made me laugh. On 1 of my slide I have included the tittle, author and a image of the book. On another slide it shows a paragraph from the book that I like. I hope you enjoy my presentation.

Xtra Maths

I am pleased with myself because I scored 34 in a row on division, which is pretty hard. I am aiming to get a higher score the next time I play. To do that I need t practice my division.

A summary of 2 versions of the three little pigs.

The 3 Pigs

Three pigs moved out. Pigs built their own house. Wolf is hungry. Wolf blew down 2 houses. Wolf died because the third pig was prepared.

True story of 3 pigs

Wolf wanted sugar. Wolf accidentally sneezed down pig houses. Wolf asked for sugar. Third pig was impolite. Wolf hit door. Police arrested Wolf. Reporters framed him.

Room 9 needed to read the three little pigs story and true story of 3 pigs and make a summary about it in only 25 words.
